"Sometimes we get stuck. You have to learn to hit the switch, to accept it and acknowledge it and then move on... With this painting that was the case in the sense that, I had tried to do a spray painted flowers and vase and it just didn't work. So I just decided I need to try something different and so I did. I accepted that the spray paint flowers didn't work so I fixed it for myself. This is where the title for the piece comes from as well as it looks like it. Like, you have to get out of your head, sometimes."
