"Is it the work or the workings? Is it the final picture that everybody sees or is it what goes on behind the scenes?" That's what I'm posting up here today. I'm showing you a tiny glimpse of the world where all of these ideas come from. The room where the piece was conceived. The palette where I mixed the paint. The easel, the lighting, the floor I stand on and the inspiration that helps me carry on even when I'm too tired. Which is more important? The work or the workings? 99.99% of the time we don't think about what went into making the art we love.
