These pieces are a complete metamorphosis of the normal sport artwork. The normal imagery of "Air Jordan" taken to completely different and new heights. The sky is literally the limit with these very unique pieces. Both pieces, though quite different are the same imagery and represent the same icon and abstract power of the image. The background, border and iconic Air Jordan imagery are all cut from the boxes of 75" Hisense Television boxes used to display in NBA arenas around the States. Hisense is the official Television of the NBA. Each piece is then painted by hand, by artist Nicholas Conlon and then resined and fastened into recycled wooden frames, also designed by the artist. The iconic imagery is then applied to the background by mounting tape and strong Neodymium Magnets. This allows for the image to be moved or removed and placed on the other painting or even outside of the frame. This gives it that unique pop, the 3D look and the opportunity to be interchangeable and interactive. These are both one of a kind pieces and can be purchased separately or together to make them even more unique and original. Both pieces are signed with titles on the back frame and directly in the pieces. The size, material and completion date is noted below.
